All levels, 90-minute traditional Bikram hot yoga class that will revitalize your body and mind.  This is the classic 26+2 postures taught only by Bikram-certified teachers.  Each posture is held twice, and it is an excellent class for beginners, as well as advanced yogis.

Level 1+ or 2+,  is 60, set to music. Our Flow classes will be a vinyasa style class. Our vinyasa class is designed to strengthen and stretch every muscle in the body. You will practice the flow of breath with body movement. As we connect our breath with action, our bodies become fluid and our minds practice stillness. The class will strengthen and deepen your practice by warming you up and working towards a peak posture with intelligent sequencing.  You will develop an internal heat that will create suppleness and strength throughout the body.

Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Long-held poses to stretch and lengthen rarely used tissues while teaching you how to breathe. Yin Yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taos principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses were opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow.
