BIKRAM YOGA (26 + 2) & BIKRAM BEATS
Bikram yoga or 26+2 is the traditional series of postures taken from the foundations of hatha yoga. This 90-minute class consists of a set series of 26 postures that begin and end with a breathing exercise. Each posture is done twice. This specific series of postures works every muscle group in your body promoting strength while cultivating discipline and mental focus. All levels are welcome. It is an excellent class for beginners, as well as advanced yogis.
Bikram Beats is a teacher-led class set to music with minimal instruction through the classic 26+2 Bikram series in either a 60-minute or traditional 90-minute format.Room heated between 100-105°F with a humidity of 30-40%.
Yoga mat and mat towel are required for heated classes.
FLOW
HOT FUSION + HOT FLOW
Hot Fusion is an all-level, 60-minute hot yoga class is great for beginners and advanced yogis. The class is a creative blend of some classic 26+2 postures along with traditional vinyasa postures and a structured flow. Hot fusion will restore and revitalize your muscles, make you sweat, and leave you energized!Hot flow class taught at a quicker pace with cues to find your alignment and breath. This class focuses on high-impact yoga postures, all seamlessly connected into a mindful flow. Move through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations, standing postures, and backbends to build strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. Work on technical skills and strength to progress your practice while honoring limitations. There will always be space to modify and follow your own practice. Heated and set to music. Yoga mat and mat towel are required.
NON HEATED FLOW & SLOW FLOW
Vinyasa-style classes are designed to strengthen and stretch every muscle in the body. You will practice the flow of breath with body movement. A traditional flow class will deepen your practice by warming you up and working towards a peak posture with intelligent sequencing. You will develop an internal heat that will create suppleness and strength throughout the body.
Slow flow is a slower-paced vinyasa flow designed to strengthen and stretch every muscle in the body. The class is taught at a slower pace with thorough instruction to help you find your alignment and breath and reap the benefits of each pose. Mindfully move through a slow sequence for strength, flexibility, and alignment while finding longer holds of postures and lots of space to modify and follow your practice. This class is not heated and set to soft music.
INFERNO HOT PILATES
IHP is a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout, using Pilates principles. The room is heated to 95 degrees (F) with 40% humidity. It is designed for all fitness levels. It helps tone and strengthen muscles without the pounding of a high-impact workout. The class is performed with fast-paced music making it fun and exciting. The class is super motivating, with students seeing results almost immediately. All of our instructors were trained by Gabi Walters, the creator of IHP. Yoga mat and mat towel are required.
STRENGTH FUSION + YOGA SCULPT
Build lean muscle in Strength Fusion with a combination of pilates, cardio, and yoga. You'll combine free weights with power yoga and inferno hot pilates sequencing, as well as cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, and bicep curls. This is a heated class with music.
Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training, bands hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted. The room is heated and the class is set to music.
Yoga mat and mat towel are required.
YIN YOGA + RESTORATIVE + MEDITATION & SOUND BATH
Yin yoga is a quiet practice with long-held passive poses for deep stretching and relaxation. Based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies, yin works by stretching and deepening into poses by opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow.Restorative yoga is all about slowing down. Poses are held for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. You will leave feeling more rested and connected to your true self. Suitable for all levels.

A transformative 1-hour sound bath and guided meditation experience, where the soothing vibrations of various healing instruments invite the parasympathetic nervous system to engage, promoting deep relaxation and inner calm. The session begins with a guided grounding exercise to center and prepare participants for a restorative journey. Designed as a restorative practice, participants will be comfortably lying down throughout the session, creating a safe and nurturing space for integration, relaxation, and rejuvenation. The experience concludes with gentle guidance out of meditation followed by a moment for reflection, allowing you to absorb the healing energies and insights gained during the session. Embark on a path toward greater harmony, balance, and self-discovery as you immerse yourself in the healing power of sound.

PRENATAL
Pregnancy is a unique and special time in your life. The body is changing daily while the baby grows. With those changes come excitement and anticipation, aches and discomforts, and an opportunity for exploration and renewal. Join us as we work with the pregnant body and learn which movements can help stretch, strengthen and tone the body in expectation of labor. Connect with a supportive community as you move through this amazing time. We will incorporate breath work, movement, pelvic floor awareness and meditation in our time together.
No yoga experience is necessary. Beginners are also welcome to join this class.
