BIKRAM YOGA & BIKRAM BEATS

All levels, 90-minute traditional Bikram hot yoga class that will revitalize your body and mind.  This is the classic 26+2 postures taught only by Bikram-certified teachers.  Each posture is held twice, and it is an excellent class for beginners, as well as advanced yogis.
Bikram Beats is a teacher lead class set to music with minimal instruction through the classic 26+2 Bikram series.

FLOW & RESTORATIVE

Vinyasa style classes designed to strengthen and stretch every muscle in the body. You will practice the flow of breath with body movement.  A traditional flow class will deepen your practice by warming you up and working towards a peak posture with intelligent sequencing. You will develop an internal heat that will create suppleness and strength throughout the body. 

Restorative flow will begin with breath work and a light yoga flow with poses supported by blankets. blocks and bolsters.


Classes may or may not be set to music.  Flow and restorative classes are non-heated.

INFERNO HOT PILATES + STRENGTH FUSION

Traditional Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full-body workout that will make you sweat. It's high-intensity, low-impact workout for all-levels. It increases core strength, flexibility and muscle mass. You'll increase your heart rate in this 60 minute class which will help boost metabolism and fat burn.

Strength Fusion classes build lean muscle with a combination of pilates, cardio and yoga. You’ll combine free weights with Power Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Classes are set to music and in a heated room.

HOT FUSION + HOT POWER YOGA

Hot Fusion is a creative blend of classic hot postures and a structured flow. Hot Fusion will restore and revitalize your muscles! Suitable for all levels.

Hot Power Yoga offers a fast paced cardio vascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high impact yoga postures. Weights and resistant bands may be incorporated. Suitable for intermediate to advanced levels, may be modified for beginners.


Classes are often set to music and in a heated room.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga targets deep connective tissues: fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. Long-held poses to stretch and lengthen rarely used tissues while teaching you how to breathe. Yin Yoga is based on ancient Chinese philosophies and Taos principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses were opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow.
